South Chicago Bird Outing at Cut-through Prairie Garden

Join us and Friends for a Natural South Chicago this Saturday, April 11 from 8:00-10:30am at the Cut-thru Prairie Garden at the cul-de-sac of Burnham Avenue north of 83rd St. 

We look forward to seeing what birds this warm weather brings to our neighborhood, lately the little patches of prairie restoration have been sheltering juncos and sparrows on their way north. Come out with us to learn more about your neighborhood and the creatures who come through! The birds will likely be most active early, we will linger for discussion bird and garden related questions till 10:30 with our eyes on the skies for migrating hawks and vultures!
